You Deserve a Supplement That Makes Sense
We’re building something quietly honest
backed by science, clearly labeled, and made for real people.
This is a test batch, not a product launch.
You’re invited to help shape it.
Built from zero. Made with intention.
This didn’t start as a product idea. It started as a personal need.
We wanted to create something we’d feel confident giving to the people we care about most — something backed by real research, clearly dosed, and easy to trust.
So we began from zero.
No shortcuts. No noise. Just a quiet effort to build a supplement with integrity from the start — and to invite real people to help shape it with us.
This isn’t about standing out.
It’s about standing for something we believe should already exist.
We’re doing this to build a real business — one that’s profitable, but also principled.
That’s why we’re starting here, with you.
Why We Started with D3+K2
Some nutrients work better together; D3 and K2 are one of them.
We didn’t pick D3 + K2 because it’s popular.
We chose it because the synergy is clear in both biology and research.
- Vitamin D3 helps your body absorb calcium from food or supplements.
- Vitamin K2 (MK-7) helps guide that calcium into the bones — and away from soft tissue like arteries.
Taking D3 alone may increase calcium absorption, but without K2, that calcium can circulate longer than it should.
That’s why many long-term studies now explore the combination — not just the individual nutrients.
We chose this duo as our first product because:
- Deficiency in both is common
- The clinical benefits are well-documented
- And most importantly: they work together, not in isolation
This is where clarity starts — with a focused formula that supports real outcomes, not just label appeal.
Why 2000 IU of Vitamin D3
2000 IU is the dose that works — safely, and over time.
We reviewed data from global health authorities, clinical studies, and real-world deficiency rates.
Here’s what we found:
Dose | Context |
---|---|
600–800 IU | Often recommended as the minimum daily intake, but may be too low to correct deficiency in modern indoor lifestyles |
1000 IU | A common supplement dose, but sometimes still insufficient |
2000 IU | Widely used in clinical research, shown to safely raise vitamin D levels over time |
5000+ IU | Reserved for medical correction of severe deficiency under supervision |
We chose 2000 IU as the right optimum daily dose for most adults
Strong enough to matter, safe for long-term use, and well-supported by research.
We don’t go high just to sound strong.
We use what works — based on what the science and the body actually need.
Why 120 mcg of Vitamin K2 (MK-7)
We use 120 mcg of MK-7 — the exact form and dose found effective in long-term studies.
Vitamin K2, especially in its MK-7 form, activates proteins that direct calcium into bones and teeth, while preventing it from accumulating where it shouldn’t — like blood vessels or soft tissues.
But dosage matters — especially when you’re using it alongside Vitamin D3.
We reviewed long-term clinical trials that tested different doses of MK-7 in adults. Here’s what guided our decision:
Dose | Clinical Insight |
---|---|
45 mcg/day | Common in older studies, but short-term and may not maintain consistent blood levels of MK-7 |
90 mcg/day | Shown to improve some markers, but not always enough to fully activate calcium-regulating proteins |
120 mcg/day | Matches the current safe maximum for supplements under Indonesian guidelines (BPOM), and aligns with the minimum dose used in multi-year clinical studies |
180 mcg/day | Used in several international trials for postmenopausal women and cardiovascular support; not yet permitted in Indonesia for general supplements |
That’s why we use 120 mcg of pure MK-7 (MenaQ7™)
Effective, compliant, and designed for daily use without crossing regulatory lines.
This dose respects both science and safety — and keeps the door open for future updates if guidelines evolve.

Compliance note:
To meet BPOM’s current maximum of 1000 IU Vitamin D3 per serving, our formula is delivered in 2 daily capsules:
Per Capsule | Total Daily (2 caps) |
---|---|
Vitamin D3 | 1000 IU |
Vitamin K2 (MK-7) | 60 mcg |
This allows us to deliver the clinically supported doses while staying within regulatory guidelines — and keeping our promise of full transparency.
Why We Chose Capsules — Not Tablets or Softgels
The format matters. Here’s why we chose this one.
Tablets are dry — and D3 + K2 need fat to be absorbed.
Softgels look premium but require huge volumes (MOQ) , animal gelatin, and closed systems we can’t yet fully trace.
So we use oil-filled vegan capsules:
- Easy to swallow
- Better absorbed
- Halal-friendly and gelatin-free
- Small-batch compatible for early testing
- Transparent in every step
This isn’t just about convenience. It’s about function and trust.
Packaging & Shelf Life
Safe, simple, and built for small batches.
Our early test batches use:
- Amber HDPE bottles or food-safe pouches
- Minimal oxygen exposure
- Silica gel for stability
- Smaller capsule count (7–10) to ensure freshness and reduce waste
We’ll always be honest about shelf life and storage — not hide behind a 2-year marketing number.
Why We’re Testing Before Launching
This isn’t a pre-order. It’s a proof-of-trust.
We’re not launching this to the public just yet.
We’re sending a small test batch to early users who care about clarity and want to give honest feedback.
You’ll receive:
- A 7–10 capsule sample
- Clear instructions and background
- A short follow-up survey after 1 week
We’re doing this because we believe good products are shaped with real input — not assumptions.
ZeroBS is the Philosophy — Not the Brand (Yet)
The name will come later. The standard starts now.
ZeroBS isn’t our brand name. It’s our commitment.
It means:
- No hype
- No inflated claims
- No confusing labels
- No “one-size-fits-all” shortcuts
- No guessing what you’re taking
This brand is made for everyone — whether you read labels carefully or not.
You still deserve a supplement that’s clear, clinically grounded, and built with intention.
We want to become the kind of brand people refer to when they say,
“This is how a supplement should be made.”
That starts here.
